What is Yoga?
Yoga is the union and balance between body and mind. Achieving self knowledge and being in symbioses with the outside world Yoga leads you into a state of harmony, peace and serenity.
Used and an alternative medicine it is a combination of breathing techniques (Pranayama) a set of psycho-physical postures (Àsanas) and meditation.
Sooths the nervous system and balances body, mind and spirit. Prevents illnesses by keeping the Nadis (energy channels) cleansed.

In the path she treaded and continues to tread with this philosophy of life, Yoga has revealed itself to be increasingly gratifying and enlightening. Although she learned and had close contact with the practice for a few years, it was only 4 years ago that Silvia Duarte devoted herself to it in body and soul. She felt that, due to her lifestyle, Yoga could be the antidote, the perfect tool to balance and calm her mind. She decided to deepen her technique, studying and practicing in a school, where she took a course for teaching Yoga and Yoga therapy. Since then, the way she views her life, breathes, aligns her body and mind and faces life itself is in constant flux, because she believes that it will be a trip at a steady pace of learning, so she can pass on a message by helping others, making this her mission for the time being. It will be a journey of discoveries over a trodden path, and it's along the way that we obtain our experiences and exchange ideas, growing as a calm "Human Being". Breathe, smile, enjoy and feel the energy flowing throughout your body.
